Service Coordinator Credential Renewal
Service Coordinators must apply for a renewal of their credential every two (2) years after the date of the credential in order to retain employment. As part of the renewal process, a credentialed Service Coordinator must show documentation of twenty hours of continuing education units as approved by ODMR/DD, Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board, or Ohio Board of Nursing, attendance at ODH/BEIS sponsored trainings or attendance at workshop/ conference/in-service in related field (documentation must be available).
