Training Opportunities

In this section you will find information about the training and professional development opportunities offered by the Bureau of Early Intervention Services (BEIS) for Help Me Grow program staff.

According to BEIS' Personnel Standards policy, county Help Me Grow program staff are required to complete specific training in order to receive and maintain the proper credential required for employment at the local level.  A listing of position-specific training requirements can be found in the Job Qualifications and Requirements page.  In addition to the required offerings, numerous recommended options are offered for program staff at no charge (with the only exception being the Parents As Teachers curriculum).

Additional information about specific training opportunities for the current year are available in PDF format by selecting the links below.  Each course listing includes information about the purpose of the training, available class dates, the target audience(s), and information on how to register for the course.
