Help Me Grow is a coordinated, community-based service that promotes trans-disciplinary, family-centered programs for expectant parents, newborns, infants, toddlers and their families.

We focus on the needs of the family as a whole. Supporting you and your work for Ohio’s children is very important to us. This is accomplished by:

• Providing training and professional development opportunities
• Credentialing professionals in early childhood
• Creating public awareness through child find
• Transitioning children
• Connecting providers statewide

Approved Child Assessment Tools, shows the approved assessment tools in the Ohio Help Me Grow Early Intervention program.

If you would like ODH to review a specific tool for child assessment, please complete the Child Assessment Tool Approval Request Form and send the required attachments to:
