In Ohio, 87,531 infants and toddlers (up to the age of three) were served from July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004 in Help Me Grow.

Information on children served through Help Me Grow is collected through Early Track is a web-based information management system. All information is maintained in accordance with strict confidentiality policies and procedures. Information gathered through Early Track is used to acquire data for program monitoring, federal reporting, and program outcome and performance evaluation.
