Data and Reports
This section of our Web site provides data on the infants and toddlers served by Help Me Grow. In this section, you will find information including annual fact sheets and profile reports of the program, child count data, required reports for the federal Part C funding and the results of family surveys administered to program participants.
Information on children served in Help Me Grow is collected through Early Track, a Web-based data management system, in accordance with strict confidentiality policies and procedures. The data gathered through Early Track is used for program monitoring, federal reporting and program outcome and performance evaluation.
The Help Me Grow data outlined above is organized into statewide and county level data. Individual county programs can be accessed by selecting the "county cards" link at left or below. Once on the county page, you may go to the map and select a county or choose a county from the dropdown box. Statewide data can also be accessed by clicking the link below or by selecting "All Counties" from the dropdown box on the County Card map page.
