A Survey for Healthier Ohio Babies
The Ohio Department of Health may be asking for your help in a project called the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS). We survey new moms who are randomly selected. They receive a survey in the mail. The PRAMS survey asks women about their life before, during and after pregnancy.
Some of the questions in the survey may not seem related to health care. The questions try to get the best picture of a new mother’s health care and the things that happened around the time of her pregnancy.
The Ohio Department of Health will seek to improve health care for women and children in Ohio from the information given. A gift will be sent to those who fill out the survey. If you have any questions about PRAMS, please call the toll-free number 1-800-755-GROW.
